The story of Noventis Holdings Ltd. is built upon a proud legacy of visionary development, entrepreneurial excellence and an unwavering commitment to quality — a journey that began nearly three decades ago with a vision to transform the skyline of Bangladesh.
One of our earliest milestones was Marium Tower, recognized as one of Bangladesh’s pioneering high-rise residential buildings. At a time when vertical urban living was still in its infancy, Marium Tower introduced a new benchmark through superior construction quality, contemporary architecture and efficient space planning.
Encouraged by that success, we expanded our footprint with Marium Tower 2 at Shahjadpur, Gulshan, reinforcing our commitment to premium residential developments that combine functionality, quality and long-term investment value.
As our expertise grew, so did our ambition — diversifying into hospitality with a Three-Star Residential Hotel, and later achieving a landmark milestone with Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre, developed to the international standards of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and marking the introduction of the Holiday Inn brand to Bangladesh.
Today, this rich legacy continues through Noventis Holdings Ltd. — carrying forward decades of expertise to deliver premium commercial, residential, mixed-use and hospitality developments defined by innovation, sustainability and long-term value creation.
